You agree to notify 65jili immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 65jili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
3.4 Non-Transferability. Your 65jili account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate termination of the account and forfeiture of any balance held therein.
3.5 Account Currency. All transactions on the 65jili platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the player.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 65jili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, subject to availability: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels as may be added or removed from time to time at 65jili's discretion.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos). Minimum and maximum transaction limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated without prior notice.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are generally credited to your 65jili account instantly. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one (1) banking day to be reflected in your account balance. 65jili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 65jili reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to you by email prior to any deduction.

5.1 General. 65jili may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the promotion is communicated, in addition to these general Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. 6.1 Game Availability. 6.2 Random Number Generation. All non-live games on the 65jili platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. The RNG systems used by 65jili are independently tested and certified to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.
6.3 Return to Player. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages published for each game on the 65jili platform are accurate and reflect the theoretical long-term payout rate of the game. RTP figures are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
6.4 Technical Malfunctions. 9.2 65jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 65jili account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 65jili does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 65jili will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 65jili's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
